Rick Kloer

Event Administrator

Rick has been managing design and construction projects for the past twenty years; and much of his portfolio of work can be found on Native American lands.  From Ak Chin, Arizona to Taos, New Mexico he has helped build important projects for the people with a particular emphasis on health care facilities.  Most recently, Rick has worked in developing countries transferring professional capabilities to businesses there while managing the construction of varied projects including hospital renovations and new health care clinics.

Rick’s experience with different belief systems and cultural attitudes will benefit the planning of the Eagle-Quetzal-Condor-Unite-Confederation event; and he is pleased to assist the ICSAW with the coordination and resource management required for this important project.
